Past News and Events

 If you’ve spent any time around FOE #3566, then these two familiar faces need no introduction. Dennis and Carol have been proud members of FOE #3566 and Auxiliary #3566 for many years. They are loved by everyone and are always quick with a smile. Over the years, they have both served in offices in the Aerie and the Auxiliary and have given so much of their time and energy to our club.

One of the traditions they are best known for is their incredible corned beef and cabbage every St. Patrick’s Day. It’s everything you could hope for and more, and it’s something our members look forward to year after year. For  27 years, Dennis and Carol have carried on this tradition, and this year they’ve  decided it’s time to pass the corned beef torch.

Their son Jeff, who has helped them over the years, along with Angelo, will now take up the torch and continue the tradition.

We are truly blessed to have Dennis and Carol as part of our FOE family, and we can’t thank them enough for helping make St. Patrick’s Day such a special event for our club every year. While we’ll certainly miss seeing you both running the kitchen, we hope you’ll now get to sit back, relax, and enjoy 

the celebration.
